Meredith-Dunn School offers each student the opportunity to participate in extra-curricular activities i.e.-those activities that take place outside the confines of the regular school day and are not compulsory. The opportunities provided enable students to enrich their lives, pursue interests or explore new ones and interact with peers and staff members in a relaxed atmosphere. A teacher or another staff member directs most activities although some are led by persons from the community.
A variety of extracurricular activities are offered to Meredith-Dunn School students each year. Offerings include Art Club, basketball, volleyball, golf, bowling, cheerleading, Color Guard, 4-H Club, Hikes Point Chorus, Kung-Fu Club, Service Club and a Book Club. |
